Our classes range from strength and circuit to recovery and skills; and are designed to suit EVERYONE!

GET FIT

with our Circuit Classes

Every: Tues, Wed, Sat

  • Suited to everyone and anyone, of all different ages and fitness levels. This class is programmed differently each week, working through stations with different intensities, utilising different types of equipment and body weight exercises. The aim is to work at a pace that gets you moving, gets your heart rate up, and gets you sweaty!!

    Our Circuit Classes are different and exciting every session.

with our Express Classes

Every: Wed, Fri

  • These classes can be anything from conditioning, functional training, weightlifting, plus technique and skills. It may be a short, but this session will always leave you feeling sweaty and accomplished.

GET STRONG

with our Strength Classes

Every: Mon, Tues, Thu, Fri

  • Our Strength Classes are suited to everyone from beginners to experienced trainers, as these classes are catered to you, your goals, improving technique, and working on your strength. We focus on certain compound lifts in each class, with accessory work to help compliment the session. We hold regular Strength Testing Sessions for our clients so we can keep track of everyone’s progress.

GET MOVING

with our Muay Thai Classes

Every: Wed

  • With no body contact at all; This is a Muay Thai Fitness Class where you will learn skills, but also have heaps of fun teaming up for combo’s & drills, while definitely getting your heart rate up.

GET AMPED

with our Amped Classes

Every: Thu, Fri

  • With a number of different movements being performed at a high intensity, whether under a time limit or intervals; Individually, Partnered or as a Team. This style class will be sure to have you bent over, breathing heavy, but feeling great, because you completed the session. A true achievement.

GET TECHNICAL

with our Skills Classes

Fortnightly on a Thursday

  • The session will always begin with a warm up and then move on to different skill work, where we breakdown certain movements - Whether that be Barbell or Gymnastics; to hep you master these techniques and exercises. We will also work on your mobility to help with these movements too. Ending the session with a short stretch to help recover your bodies after a big week of training.

GET LIFTING

with our Barbell Classes

Every: Mon

  • We start with a thorough warm up to get your bodies ready for a big session. We then focus on a specific Barbell movement, where we will learn, breakdown, and practice the lift, whilst helping with your technique. From there we will finish up with session with some conditioning work, to get the heart racing.

GET SOCIAL

with our Social Saturdays

First Saturday of each month

  • This session is designed to work your whole body while testing your strength and endurance. Grab your friends & family, and come give Amplify a try!

Rachael Christensen

Director & Head Coach

  • Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness

  • I enjoy all different styles of training; but I specialise in coaching strength & functional fitness with my clients.

    You’ll see me at Amplify doing a bit of everything - programming & coaching classes, personal training sessions, constructing the nutrition plans and giving nutritional advice for our amazing 6-Week Challenges, plus all the behind the scenes and admin work in the office! You’ll also catch me training alongside you in class, as I love putting myself through those rough sessions too!!

  • I spent most of my schooling days playing cricket and rugby, and later through school and after I ventured into athletics - specifically sprinting.

    I am passionate about helping people achieve their best no matter their experience, and am an advocate for how working out cannot only help you physically but mentally as well. I love strength training and sports specific training and I look forward to helping you achieve your goals!

  • I played hockey nationally and internationally; I’ve competed in 7 body building competitions, and I am a 3 x QLD Muay Thai champion.

    Throughout my career I have worked with a lot of different demographics of clients from kids, special needs, pre and postpartum women, and elite athletes. I love helping a range of different people, at different stages of their life.

    I enjoy any type of training but especially introducing people into Muay Thai.

Sandi Mason

Office Manager & Class Coach

  • At Amplify you will find me looking after the children in the crèche for the 9:30am sessions, working behind the reception desk doing all the admin, replying to all your emails/messages, and cleaning the gym head to toe. PLUS you’ll also catch me coaching some of our awesome classes!

    I love the diversity of my role at Amplify as it never gets boring!

    The style of training I love is weightlifting and high intensity training, which I have formed a love for through Amplify. I love the mental challenge of it all and also testing my strength on different lifts.. it makes me feel incredibly empowered.

    I feel so grateful to be a part of the Amplify team and can’t wait to watch us all grow together as a community.

    All of our Weekly Memberships also include:

    • our coaches are all qualified Personal Trainers

    • and we hold 6 Week Challenges 4 times a year.

  • We offer a 3 day FREE trial for all new clients. From there we have a few different options for membership. We have casual classes, 10 class passes, 6-month contracted memberships, and open memberships - which are not locked into any contract, so can be paused at any time.

  • We have 4 different class types in our group fitness timetable. These consist of Strength, Circuit, Amped, and Muay Thai.

    These classes are all programmed so that anyone can complete them, no matter your age, experience, or fitness level. The intensities & styles vary each session, so that our classes stay fresh and challenging.

  • All of our coaches offer personal training services - whether that be 1-on-1, 2-on-1, or group sessions!

    Our coaches all specialise in different styles of training - from HIIT, Strength, Crossfit, Muay Thai, Technique and everything in between.

    Plus, you DO NOT have to be a member to do PT’s with our coaches.

  • No! A lot of our members participate in our challenges, but a high percentage of our programs are brand new people to the Amplify community.

    We LOVE welcoming new faces into the gym, no matter where they are in their fitness journey.
